Meeting the needs of the construction industry, ART Metals Group produces stamped components from a variety of steel grades, including high strength steel. Component parts used in construction must meet specific application requirements, such as the ability to withstand and perform under ongoing exposure to outdoor elements. To meet these needs, we offer secondary finishing for corrosion resistance.
Our team is able to stamp parts up to ⅜ thick making us an ideal choice to meet your construction stamping needs. We can use various types of structural steel as needed to form a variety of parts including washers using F436 steel.
Manufacturing Capabilities for the Construction Market
We produce construction components and assemblies with extremely tight tolerances to meet precise manufacturing requirements. Our specialized stamping dies allow us to create component parts of various shapes, forms, and sizes. Our capabilities include stamping and forming of a wide range of metals, such as copper, stainless steel, carbon steel, and alloys.
ART Metals Group develops engineering solutions for the fabrication of difficult and custom stampings, bearings, and assemblies. We house 16 presses ranging from 45 to 800 ton capacity. We also have 9 assembly machines and a full service tool room.
