Founded 1943, ART Metals Group was acquired by CM Paula in 2012, and remains privately owned and operated. We combine proven past techniques with leading edge engineering and the latest available production technology to offer unique solutions for manufacturing difficult and custom stampings, thrust bearings, and assemblies.
We serve a diverse global customer base in industries, including but not limited to Agricultural, Appliance, Auto, Freight, Military, Truck, Bus, Trailer, Marine, Fiber Optic, HVAC and Mining marketplaces. Products and services include metal stampings, assemblies, coined near net shape, ball and tapered roller thrust bearings.
ART Metals Group is ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 registered and is comitted to continual improvement. A Sensor Lab focused on 100% quality production parts is dedicated to monitoring each stamp and movement in manufacturing.
Our lean manufacturing plant operates multiple presses and tonnages ranging from 45 to 800 tons handling difficult stamping and coining projects. Our ability to design and build progressive and compound dies offers our customers cost effective solutions for their stamping requirements. Our tool room is dedicated solely to the support of manufacturing and utilizes the latest in equipment and technology. We offer in-die sensors and constant in-process inspection by trained operators ensuring a quality product every time and saving valuable quality control time for our customers.
